My role is to help clients identify exactly what they are looking for – their budget, their wish list, and the must-haves versus the nice-to-haves. At that point, I can start doing my research.

Once we have a detailed brief, I can find a great home relatively quickly. Generally, you can find an investment property with solid financial returns within a 4 to 8 week timeframe. It can take a little longer to find a property for my clients that wish to live in the home, but we always get there in the end.
